Connecticut passes a law allowing you to sue police who arrest you for filming or recording in public.

Nice to see one's legal rights underlined like that.

Didn't know about this (and I live in CT). The 2009 incident that inspired this was pretty appalling, and Fr. Manship is a man of great integrity.

Still not law, but it did pass a Senate Vote.
