I just checked B and H. They list colored filters (I didn't look for UV, polarizing, 81 series, etc.) made by B+W, Hoya, Tiffen, etc. The Hoya and B+W ones are great.
B+W makes a 43mm MRC UV filter. Or did. I bought one in the classifieds here at RFF last year for my Nikkor 50/1.4. You don't really need a circular polarizer for a manual focus lens. A standard polarizer will work fine. Also, there are step up rings to a popular size like 49mm for the polarizer. It's not a filter you would be using a lot, eh?
Check with these folks for filters & step up/down rings:
You have an excellent lens so don't get a cheap filter. Probably the best are the B+W MRC range and they are readily available in 43mm size. As mentioned above Hoya are also good, but are a little softer then the B+W's so they won't last as long.
