good price on a Canon accessory coupler?

someone has one and i want to buy it but dont want to over pay.
whats the going rate for these?

Last one I saw went for 128 dollars.
unless you badly want to use 25mm to 19mm lenses on your Canon 7, I would take a pass on one of these.

i want to use a 28mm finder, i can barely make out the 35mm framelines as it is

you can tape the illuminating window to approx. the view of a 28mm lens on the Canon 7 viewfinder , but this works well only if you are not an eyeglass wearer.

The prices are all over the map. The last one I saw on eBay went for over $160 with shipping. I also saw one recently well over $200 selling after much action. It's a scarce item, and an eager buyer will overpay to get one, from all indications. If you can find one at a dealer (slight chance), it might actually be cheaper than auction.

I bought mine years ago, and still paid a substantial price. If you need it, it's worth it. The alternative is to seek out a good 7s, which you will enjoy, if in nice shape. That might be a better option, if you can also get a decent price for the 7 you own.

In general, the price delta from 7 to 7s is less than the price of the accessory coupler, and you get a better meter and a more convenient accessory shoe. It's also a lot easier to find a 7s than the accessory coupler!

i hate batteries! theres a reason i chose a 7. anyway i paid $110 shipped i guess if i like i can always sell it later, if a nice 7sz pops up.
