Good rangefinder book?

I can't seem to find a good book focusing on useing rangefinders, I just switched from a Eos 1v to a Mamiya 7 and need a book with tips, like how to use a polerizer without ttl metering, etc. Thanks, I scanned through here looking for a similar post so sorry if this is an overpost.

Roger Hicks and Frances Schultz's Rangefinder: Equipment, History and Techniques is a decent introduction to the history of these cameras. Of course, not all the knowledge on rangefinder cameras is in there, but there are some interesting tidbits and photos taken with RFs and of RFs.
