good street photography on Tumblr?

Thank you John. I love your works too, especially the "Perception" series in your website. And the layout is lovely as well, allowing the visitor to pay full attention to the works themselves.

Thank you, Nelson. We seem to me to have similar street vision. I'm less interested in people themselves than I am in people as an element in the larger composition.

I also like your color photos. I've tried color street, but my pictures tend to become dominated by the color. I like your more muted palatte.

I'll make a general suggestion to all who'd like to be discoverable to RFF colleagues.

Add the following tags to your posts:
#rff
#rangefinder forum

It is furthermore possible to tag older posts in edit mode, in case you want to do so.

This will allow us to filter searches and find each other from time to time regardless of our "following" habits.

So far my experience with Tumblr has been very positive, far more so than with Flickr. I am especially fond of the reblog function, very powerful way of gaining widespread exposure to non-photographers.

Have followed you all! If everyone follows back that would edge me into double figures..... I like the idea of the #RFF hashtag Robert.

Yes, thx for the follow, Steve. I was going to msg you about this thread, given your GR commitment (like Petronius) and Tumblr evidence, but you found your way well enough.

I concur about mutual aid (follow, be followed). Let's lift every RFF Tumblr boat. #rff or #rangefinder forum will help all.

Later, perhaps one of you kind and discerning souls will take it upon yourself to curate an RFF-centric Tumblr, as Jules Casablancas does with her fave Tumblr photographs, or as #Lensblr does with its internal Tumblr hashnet.
