Hmm, I've just done a quick search and on wikipedia it says the "The photographer's chair", "The Kingdom of Bones" and "The white Knight stratagem" were all cancelled, and yet on IMDb it lists them as all broadcast.
Both refer to episodes made by the BBC, and I don;t know if that's who made the one you watched.
