The critics report "I really like those photographs" (son, photographer)
"Good story" and "the culprit not revealed until near the end" (me)
The other episodes are enjoyable too, and that from a picky Mystery lover.

Hmm, I've just done a quick search and on wikipedia it says the "The photographer's chair", "The Kingdom of Bones" and "The white Knight stratagem" were all cancelled, and yet on IMDb it lists them as all broadcast.

Both refer to episodes made by the BBC, and I don;t know if that's who made the one you watched.

Yes these are from a British television series, not too old. Not cable, we watch connected, and subscribe to Prime.
