I'm a happy man right now
.
I got myselft a Hexar RF limited set.
Number 1253 of a total of 2001 made.
The set was unused and sealed in the box.
The lens is marvelous! A Hexanon 50mm F1.2 Leica M fit.
It fits perfectly on my M6 aswell.
But I'll probably sell the M6 and keep the Hexar, It's that good.
Can't really tell the difference in viewfinder brightness.

You need a hood before you drop it.

A special Limited edition UV filter and Limited edition Hood was also included.
Aswell as a bag for the camera and sack/bag for the lens, and a leather strap telling me I have a Limited edition Hexar...
Just love this stuff.
As ergonomics go I find it better than the M6. The camera is also very guite, even is it has motor drive. It could have an option to advance the film manually though...
But thanks for the tip!

Ok the other thing you really need is a bulk film loader...
This advise is also probably unecessary...

Haha, why would I need a bulk film loader?

It is so nice you have two options
- mount the hood pocket the uV filter in case it rains, load it with film fill G bag with film spare battery and heat up the motor drive
- fondle it

P.S. envy is a vice.

Ahh, the special edition Hexar...
That's the one that doesn't do 'click' when you press the shutter button, but instead makes that 'schlllurping' sound when it sucks in all that light..
Congrats on your buy!

Nice stuff! For those of us shopping, can you share what you paid and where you got it?

You are a lucky man -- congratulations! I'd love one of those. I didn't think there were any left. Take lots of pictures and share them with us -- make me even more envious.
