Graham Nash's best photo: Joni Mitchell through a chair in 1969

It was Graham Nash and his self-portrait on the cover of his "Songs for Beginners" album that made me really want to be a photographer. To this day, over forty-odd years later, I still take mirror and window self-portraits whenever the opportunity presents itself. Notice my avatar over to the left. I am also a fan of his music.

And I am a huge Joni Mitchell fan...

Thanks for posting this. Graham Nash and the Hollies was one of my first single albums many, many years ago.

Joni and Graham are first class honest artists, i have a lot of respect for integrity and they both have that.

That is very cool. Your post caused me to go get my copy of the album Deja Vu by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. I'm looking at the vinyl right now and the song "Our House" by Graham Nash is on it. I see also that "Woodstock" by Joni Mitchell is on it, too. Hmmm, I think I'll go to my record player and play the album now...

Thanks for posting the image.

I'm looking at the cover of Song's for Beginners right now, in Google image search, and trying to work out what that camera is that he's holding. Hard to say... any guesses?

I wonder... Nikkormat?
