Grainiest ISO 100 - 200 B/W Film

Rodinal + Tri-X will give you grain character that you'd feel in your face 🙂

That's 1+50 with agitation every couple of minutes.

I am not after big grain but a certain amount of graininess that adds to the picture.

APX 100 and Fomapan 100 in Rodinal 1:50 @ 22°C seem to fit my wishes quite well they have grain and still retain the tonality of lower speed films.

Tried it out today and developed my first negs at a first glance they seem to give me the results I want.

Shadowfox Tri-X in Rodinal has lots of character but is a little to fast in this case. Nice picture btw.

Znapper I agree most 400 ASA Films have character and a little grain.
For this project I was after the tonality I get from ISO 100 film which is different to the tonality of 400 ISO films. Neopan 400 used to be my favourite film too.

Thanks to everyone for their help and suggestions

Dominik
