Thanks again, OldProf. Dang! I never would have considered writing it like this! My head is spinning with all the new insights and information I'm absorbing. This definitely will take me a while to mull over completely. :)

Don't give me too much credit. The project idea and most of the words are yours. I'm just giving you some editorial suggestions.
 
Thanks to all your suggestions, especially the practical help I got from OldProf!, I'm rewriting my project description. It'll take a while before I'm done (to many things at hand right now) but I'll keep y'all posted. I may use this project proposal not just for the 50Crows grant but also for a Mongolian grant. At least it'll give my brother-in-law an idea of what my project aims at.

I'll see if there's any possibility here in Holland for some sort of grant to do this project. Not that I need the money to cover expenses; I need the money to buy me more free days (yes, I can buy free days from my employer. Beats being unemployed). :)

Thanks, everyone. I may be on a new "career" path.
