Rounding up parts may (or may not, hopefully I'm wrong) be difficult. What parts are you looking for, exactly? You may be able to find something that, while not technically the prescribed part, works just fine.

Thank you David for your help, I need the cap that screws on to the faucet, I have tried something similar from the parts of a toilet kit it looks the same but it seems the one from GW have a little dent where you put the little sprout were you slide the rubber hose and does not have the same pressure, do u know how to contact GW ? thank u again and regards.

As far as I know Gravity Works is kaputt. I tried contacting them about 6 months ago via email (several times) and never got a response. I have also noticed that most online dealers list their equipment as discontinued. Too bad - they made really nice stuff (their film washer was pretty popular).
As far as the part that you hook onto the faucet. Most hardware stores should be able to steer to toward a part that will work (I am assuming that it is just a barbed faucet adapter). If it is a proprietary part I think you are out of luck.

Jeorge - do you mean that where the fitting goes the hole isn't fully round but has a flat spot in it? That is, roughly d-shaped?
