Tony at PopFlash Photo has them in stock. I got one from him last week and am very happy, very very happy. It's a pair now, my GRD III for it's beautiful 28 and my GX100 for the 72 (with a 75mm finder on top). Now I just need to build an insert to a small bag for them.
Tony is a great guy, they advertise here all the time. I would strongly recommend him.

Acquired a week ago from Tony Rose after giving GRD II to son and immediately regretting decision. Fits in pocket and goes where 5D MkII will only attract unwanted attention. It's a great camera whose size belies it capabilities. Highly recommended as is Tony Rose's Popflash as dealer.
