Great deal for someone looking for a black M4 in LA?

I saw this ad in the LA craigslist. Interesting looking black chrome M4 with what looks like blue leather. $700 but open to offers.

not that 700 usd for such a camera is a bad deal. On the contrary...

A black chrome M4 normally goes for over $1000. I bet you could get this for $650.

I suspect that it is a repaint. The condition is a bit too good - and the other give-away is the red foil under the shutter speed dial. Our local camera fixer, Horst, does repaints (nice ones too) and services cameras, and on the M's he puts a piece of red foil under the speed dial, just to indicate that it has been serviced by him.
Price is not bad at all - and if it has been serviced by Horst, it would be in good working condition too. The repaint is done using military grade paint - camera is stripped to brass and painted.
