Fresh - expires in 2019. Works out to $2.73/roll for 36 exp, a lot cheaper than B&H, Adorama etc.
I got mine in a few days as described so he is legit.

Glad you got your film Huss but be careful with this seller! 
He still has listed the Heliopan Bay3 green filter that he never shipped me .
He never replied to requests and finally ebay refunded me.
Look at his negative reviews and you'll see he has a lot of similar complaints.

That's too bad Andy, I bought a 27mm Hoya filter from him and this film. Both showed up w/in a week w/ no issues.
Of course the lens I bought the filter for I had to send back to B&H...

I guess C200 is the same as Vista 200? Quite decent film, I bought a few dozens expired rolls, paid less than 1 EUR per roll. Macodirect in Germany has twin pack of C200 for 4.2 (2.1 EUR/roll), so it's about the same (a bit cheaper) than you paid, that works better for European folks (lower shipping and no import VAT).

yes, 2 pack seems to be gone (for now). and for <1 EUR Vista I did not mean Macodirect, it was one off local deal
