Starring: 35RC, 35RD, 35SP, XA, and Rollei 35.
It has me thinking about an SP, even though they are slow to use; I need to smack myself, and just stick with my trusty Canonet GIII...
Anyone else got any really good Olympus RF links? (aside from cameraquest & photoethnography)

I'm familiar w/ http://www.ph.utexas.edu/~yue/misc/rangfndr.html. Andrew Yue is a fellow Texan and a nice guy who will politely answer your questions too. The SP is a great Camera although a little pricey nowadays. I wish I had a black one!

Jeremy: The SP is slow to use? For me it is pretty fast.

Isn't it true that one has to remember the EV reading from the light meter, then lower the camera and dial in a setting that corresponds to that EV? That's one step slower than when it can be adjustable in the finder.Trius said:Jeremy: The SP is slow to use? For me it is pretty fast.![]()

Jeremy: Once I get a base reading and set the exposure, then as the light changes I just have to adjust aperture or shutter speed as the EV changes. Once you get used to it, it's intuitive and fast.
I use the spot meter a lot, which makes exposure more precise for me.

Trius - that's the method I use. Combined with the spot meter, it works quite well for me.
