$139.99 looks straight out of fondler's heaven! I've been shooting Leicas since 1961 and haven't had one slip out of my hand yet. Then first you have to take the grip off of the baseplate before you can take the baseplate off of the camera when it's film changing time. Send me the $139.99 and I'll send you a nice signed thank you note written in the margin of a gelatin silver print. At least you can look at it instead of mourning the monetary loss.
Of course that red one would look mighty cool on a white paint Leica with genuine lizard skin leather for stealthy street photography. Nobody would ever guess that it's a real camera!
That central tripod screw won't fit an M anyway, and 140 bucks is a lot to spend on a Bessa accessory.
