Griptac: yes or no?

I applied Griptac to my M6 because of the original leatherette is very slippery..it looks great too! Much better than the plastic-ish original one

I've put griptac on many M cameras (it's far better than the original M8 covering.)

Here it is on my IIIc:

Here's another vote for the griptac. I use M3/M2s for the most part and found the original vulcanite very slippery and prone to chipping, at least on the few I have owned. As another poster mentioned and the pictures others have posted, the charcoal grey covering looks very natural on the camera while making it much more enjoyable for me to use. Highly recommended if increased handling is what you are after.

my M8 has the new vulcanite - would prefer griptac hands down. the material is an unqualified winner.
My MP3 also has the new Vulcanite and I much prefer the handling of my regular MP with the Griptac cover. It's only a matter of time before Griptac goes on the MP3 as well.
