I've ordered glass (4x5) from that guy before. When it arrived, it was 1/8 inch smaller -- both ways -- than what I had asked for. It was still usable, in my camera, because my camera has more than a 1/8 inch lip surrounding the glass, but I think a Kiev would need a more precise fit than that.
