Don't trust me too much on that, but I can't see why not. Usually it is a problem with (some) modern Daloris and old flashes with high sync voltages, where the flash can fry the electronics on the camera.
SB800 is a modern flash with low sync voltage. And even if it wasn't - I'd think that the GSN won't have a problem - it is from the time of high-voltage flashes after all
