To go on with a similar contest launched 2 or 3 weeks ago by a fellow member, here is a 'Guess the story' contest.
The image below is part of a story I witnessed. Guess it and win a black Y strap. I used it a couple of times but it is a bit small for me.
I will cover the cost of shipping regular mail to wherever the winner is in the world.
Contest runs until next Friday (19th). If someone discovers or gets very close to the real story, the contest will stop. If nobody does, I will select the best story (based on my subjective criteria) to choose the winner.

"I was walking down the Avenue de Bilabong one morning when I heard this buzzing sort of sound coming from the sky. A bright light shone down among us and lots of people looked up to where the sound was coming from - except of course for the coach driver who was more concerned with leaning on the horn to get through the traffic. I too looked up and saw this dish-shaped object fleeting across the sky with these little green men looking out of a window. It got me wondering - which FSU lens should I be be using for the best colour rendition and contrast in this situation and would it be best in B&W? "

My guess is that somebody just brought an animal onto the bus and it broke several social norms at once and everyone was looking around in shock.

Oh dear, I think I know what is the real point of the but being one of your closest neighbour on this forum, it's not really fair for the others... shall I?"that's the remains such a long time ago but if you don't believe what some important people in France said, you know you can't get rid of the spirit of that era..."

The bus is picking up nudists, who undress inside, for a day at the Beach. Judging from the on-lookers on the scooters, I'd venture the lady driver was bottomless.

At risk of being totally boring and conventional, I would say that the bus driver is asking for directions.

BTW, what is a "Y" strap?

Some good tries, but no, not a single one close to the story 😉
I will add that the attitudes of all the people as well as the objects have a link to the story.
Closer observation, deductions and a bit of imagination will lead to the solution.

As for what is a Y Strap : http://figitalrevolution.com/y-strap/

Stéphane, try 😉

Looks like there is a cage or container on the rear of the bus (or top). Looks like perhaps whatever was in the cage escaped and now others are staring in astonishment.

or perhaps it is a performance/protest of some kind inside or around/above this wire cage like thing on the rear.... perhaps a bilboard of some kind is attached to the top of it?

The bus is carrying French bicyclists who were on their way to a meet when they heard over the bus radio that Lance Armstrong is coming back to the Tour de France and in a spontaneous display of anger and depression they have hijacked the bus and refuse to continue on to the meet.

The people on the scooters are event organizers/race officials who have not yet discovered what is going on inside the bus.

How'd I do?

I think the bus has driven through some kind of net and it is stuck on the bus. The bus driver seems to be twirling her hair and looks nonchalant, so she probably is oblivious to what she is dragging along with the bus. The people on the motor scooters can't believe that she is still driving along... dragging the net.

There is an old lady or someone yelling at the driver to stop the bus and trying to get out of the bus even though it is not the bus stop.

Door wont open. Everyone else is wondering why. It's taking a helluva long time moving on. Not so spectacular, but my take.
