Hacking a Pola 195 lens onto a 250?

Hi all! I just recently came upon a broken 195 and was considering hacking it's lens onto a 250 model and was wondering if anyone knew of any links showing how I'd go about this?

I am aware of the conversion instructions on Option8 for adding a 100A/B Rodenstock lens onto a 250, but I do not know the procedure for a 195's lens.

Any leads would be greatly appreciated!!

What is broken on the 195? You might find it easier to cannibalize the 250 for parts to fix the 195.

You'll find that grafting only the lens from the 195 onto a 250 to be rather impractical. The whole lens/shutter/front standard would have to be used as a unit. You will also probably find that the 250's bellows had too small a front opening to accommodate the faster, and larger diameter, lens of the 195 making a bellows transplant necessary.
