Hello,
I was wondering whether anyone had used this and if you could share your thoughts.
I'd like to use these for a couple of jobs, all in black and white.
cheers,
kully

Ciao Kully,
not yet tried one of the hahnemuehle Album, but planning to try one within a few days/weeks. I just saw them by the italian dealer and paper seems nice. I have some doubts about the way the pages are kept together, not sure it is easy (afgter printing) to go throu the pages. I think only possibility is to try ! Keep you informed, ciao

My R2880 chugged through 20 prints last night, I'll spray them with the protective spray thing tonight and see how they look tomorrow in the book.
I messed one up by printing it the wrong way - in Photoshop Elements 6, the 'top' of the real print is the 'bottom' edge in the preview in the Print dialogue box.
The quality of the album itself is good. There is a little imprint of the Hahnemuhle cockerel on the back and it all comes in a nice corrugated plastic box, which is useful for storage or postage.

Hi Kully, I'm printing as well my Hahnemuhle Album, one with coating on both side of the pages. It seems good quality, I print mainly B&W with very few colors. As it happened to you I also print a couple of pages wrong because I usually print from LR, but in a few cases I print from CS3 and they print in the opposite directions. Now I made some diagrams for right or left pages with measurements of borders, both for CS3 and LR.
I hope that for next RFF Euro meeting it will be ready!

@ mgd711: for what concerns me it will take months before it will be finished! Part of the content is still in progress. But I'll post tomorrow a few of what is ready now (I'll ask a friend whit a DSRL to take some pictures).

Hey Robert, I have the same as you (natural art duo), although I only printed on one side. I agree about the B&W, colour does not look nice on this matte paper (or rather, not as nice as on glossy paper).
Mike, I'll take a snap or two tomorrow.

my album
@ mgd711: this is what the album, at least my one looks like. Pages are a little longer than A4 and can be printed on a normal printer.
between the pages is a transparent foil in order pictures are not damaged. Unfortunately in some cases it disturb a little the vision of the two pages if you print on both sides
B&W pictures get a good result on this paper
I hope this can give you an idea, regards
