John - thanks for the comments and advice. I've glanced at Eugene Richards's work before, but I probably need to buy a couple of books. In a past comment, I used the word "emulate," which is probably too strong a word. Personally, it's been very helpful to go through the work of the likes of Salgado, etc., but I don't copying in mind (most of the time I'm just hoping that I got an exposure of any kind).
PATB - I'm glad my comments can help. Sites like this one has been such a help to me that it's nice to hear that I've been able to return the favor.
