Don't forget Aki Asahi.
his quality is close to Luigi's, if not equivalent (I owned a luigi M4 and HExar case). I like Zhou's cases (I have the CL), but Aki's is significantly better - especially if you're fussy about leather, as I seem to be.
I have the hand-dyed version for the X-100, it's very classy, ages nicely, and matches my Tricker's!

I'm just glad there are a large number of options - ya.. they can get to be quite pricey but I would hope they add a bit of "panache" to the camera *LOL*

But you can call me Steve
I got the Fuji case with mine and it's just fine.
"for those using cases...does the camera feel 'fat' in your hands when shooting?"
My hands are somewhat big and quite a bit arthritic and the case makes the camera fit better. I'd drop it for sure without one.

I think it would be pretty cool if this thread had pictures of cases and owner impressions.
I can't post any pics, i don't have a case. I only have a fuji grip, but think I will ditch it for a half case.

Over all.. I liked all of them.. but I have just ordered the Angelo Pelle case in black.. so we'll see how this whole process pans out.. it's a lot of $$$ for a case but I hope it will be "worth" it

I agree. It would be nice to see some Camera P0rn adorned in some lovely cases ;-) Anyone got a picture of the Angelo Pelle yet? I am drooling but alas have to look after the pennies/euro cents right now.

I emailed Angelo Pelle and they do not have any plans at the moment to make X-E1 cases. Also got a email from Luigi this weekend and they just received a X-E1 and can start taking orders for thier cases now. The Luigi case is the one I really wanted, but I think I may wait for a RRS grip/plate instead.

Well.. I put in the order with Angelo Pelle back on November 8 - I received an email shortly after telling me he believes the case would be ready as of Monday (yesterday) - I have yet to hear back from him however he also hasn't charged me anything - he sends an invoice via PayPal when it's ready. I'll keep people up to date on this and take photos of the case once it is complete and arrives.

Here's mine.
I use a Funper case. I emailed him on the Etsy site and asked him if he could use one of the other colors that he sells for his other cases. It took a few weeks but I think it was worth getting the color I wanted. He's really helpful if you email him. I believe he only sells the X-Pro1 case in black and dark brown.
It's pretty nice, although the buttons aren't quite as nice as the Fuji one on my X100 (they sometimes come undone). But I do like the rear protection and the quality of the leather much more.
