Half exposed

Messed up roll again..

The last roll I did was fine, but for this time, most of the shots were half exposed. It doesn't matter since it only has 6 shots. For all of you who don't know, I accidentally exposed my bulk roll. Should I dump my other roll? I rolled that before this developed one

BUT, I did push fp4+ to 800 for this time, maybe that's the case? Here's one shot with some tuning, really don't wanna do that

It looks like there was not enough developer in the tank to cover the top of the reel. Also, I have the impression that this frame is underexposed.
(We are talking about a medium format roll, am I correct?)
