Hanoi viewed through Leica M

Vincent,

The last photo shows that you really get close to the objects. I mean not only the physical distance but very intuitive.
Great shot.
oh, and thanks for bumping the thread.
I have few rolls being sent for developing, hope there are some photos to share.

Thanks Nguyen! With a 21mm lens, one must really go close to strengthen the composition. Usually for me, it's less than 2m distance to subject.

I am looking forward to your photos. I was supposed to travel to Hanoi for work end of November but the trip is cancelled.

Thanks Joe. You'll love Vietnam.
And I see in your signature that you have a 15mm and 50mm lens. I think they are all you need for Vietnam, especially the 15mm!

By the way I took a look at your website. Great stuff !:)

Thanks mate!

The 15mm mounted to my cropped Fuji turns it into a 21mm, so I'm very interested in this thread and your pictures in particular!

Vincent,

Interesting that the photo you post above was exactly in the same location of mine, posted 1.5 year ago.

I've been thinking whether I should open a thread to depict a city because it's far beyond my possibility. Anyway, I will try to post and give captions; hope that people could have some information about Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam. If anybody of you has visited and want to share, feel free to post photos.

Here we go, from the latest rolls
