Thank you all! And it is a geek birthday: an integer power of two. No snow shoveling today, slushy at abt 3C, and foggy. Summiluxes and M2s to pick off the trees, yes, that is to be wished for!

I do have this odd urge to buy a lens... maybe the new 2.8/25mm Biogon ZM. Awfully large though, and the 24mm Elmarit-M is quite noticeably smaller and has a focusing tab, but at twice the price, ouch. There's one on eBay now for "only" $1700 BIN. That would sure blow a hole in the budget.

Earlier I was thinking of picking up the new 50mm Planar-ZM, but there seems likely to be a package price on that lens with the Z-I camera body when that finally appears. Patience, patience!

In the meantime all is well, there's NPZ in the freezer, and I'll have a glass of Australian wine to celebrate surviving another year!
