qu'est-ce que c'est?
OK, I don't have photos to post yet, but there were a couple of ducks who had been hanging around the pool in my back yard. Yesterday I found a duck egg in the landscaping. Too bad I didn't find it earlier, or I could have incubated it. And then I suppose it might have imprinted on my cat.

Ducks don't start incubating until they have laid all their eggs, that way they all hatch the same day. If you leave the egg, chances are she will lay several more, and then start setting for about 4 weeks. If you don't want them hanging around, pick up the eggs as you find them. One year our 4 ducks had about 40+ ducklings between them.
