Happy experience with a FSU seller

For many (many) years I've been happy dealing with my friend Oleg in the Ukraine.
A short time ago, I noticed a lens I wanted on * bay offered by KUBINOID. Then, before the transaction was completed, he listed another lens I "needed", so I ordered it too. Payment was through a friend of his in California. Communication was excellent, and both lenses (an LTM and a Kiev mount) arrived - carefully packed and securely shipped, in perfect shape.

Just thought I'd share.

The name is Kubanoid.

FSU sellers, upon my experience, have no special characteristics separating them from the rest of the world, when taken into consideration very old gear as a parameter.

With general gear, if to choose nationalities, I have never went wrong with the Aussies, nor with their former owners, the Brittish. But I guess it may be just casual.

That being said, I strongly disrecommed Israeli sellers, great exception with Israeli RFF members, as their selling photo gear background is that used gear means broken gear.

Experience shows that virtually all sellers sometimes give satisfaction. One positive transaction means nothing. My experince with Kubanoid has not been entirely positive.

On the other hand, does one negative experience mean something?

Maybe I just got lucky, or maybe you did not.
