Has anyone dealt with Steve Serota?

I was thinking of sending my Contessa to him, seems reasonable.
I saw this on the bay.

Just wondering if anyone has used his repair service and what you thought of it.

After I managed to turn the contessa into a doorstop, I contacted Steve Sirota and he said he will set things right for 100 bucks. I will find out in a few weeks and let everyone know how things work out.
