Has anyone tried multiple exposure on XP1?

When I shot film with a Canon F1, I sometimes tried some multiple exposures. I am thinking of getting the XPro-1 and I see that it has this capability.
Has anyone tried this out yet and how well does it work?

I've tried it a few times but not for anything serious. It's a very easy process and the camera talks you through it by menus at each step. Combination of images looks fine as to balance, etc.

I had not tried it until you mentioned it. I didn't even know how to find the function at first! Here's a test shot just to see how it looks from my break room at work during lunch today -nothing artistic. The first image is the stack of snack items alone. The second image is a row of water bottles placed in front of it for the double-exposure. I love how the camera allows you to test your exposure and reject (and retake) an unflattering opacity level. Don't adjust aperture as this induces blur overall in the image. If you will be photographing the same scene twice (modified), be sure to use a solid, heavy tripod or the images may be slightly out of register. Not a problem if the second image is taken of a different scene.

All that said, I have yet to come up with a compelling idea to try this technique out artistically. I've seen far too many cheesy, over-emotional, contrived multiple-exposures for my own good. Perhaps I'll have to give this some serious thought. I've never learned to do this sort of thing in Photoshop but I suspect it's easier than in-camera based on what experience I have with PS.
