I'm about to try some of this film, and wondering if anyone here has experience with it. I normally use TMax100, but currently I'm working on a project that I'll use large amounts of film on, so I'm trying to keep my costs down. I've read a few good things about it, but would appreciate any tips. I would probably dev in Rodinal .

Cheers

Yep, Me too.

I have 500 sheets of 4x5, and 300 sheets of 8x10 ERA stocked away in my deep freeze.

I process mine in ADOX Borax MQ, which is a D-76 derivitive.

The Shanghai is good stuff too, I have it in 4x5, 5x7, and 8x10.

All great materials.

ERA is a really good film with that old school look, however it is no longer being made. I have about 100 sheets in 4x5 and they have an expiration date of 2010. If you are going to learn to use a new film I would suggest Shanghai film. Shanghai is also really good and readily available from Isaac Chen the seller on *bay.
