Just wondering if anyone uses one with this camera. Since not being allowed to look through the lens unless I do the ground glass routine on a tripod, I rotate the filter in front of my eye and then place it onto the lens.
Maybe a stupi question but is that how you chaps do it ?????

I always used my polarize on camera, if an slr, because "What you see is what you get" and I feel, the Hasselblad on or off a tripod or mono pod, is quicker moving, in street or peopled photographs.

I'll add, that after many years without a Hasselblad system, I was gifted one yesterday, by a friend and patron, and look eagerly to putting it into action on my own behalf!

Cheers!

You're right!

You're right!

That's true, so yes, rangefinders and TLRs do get put on after, finding the sweet spot.

:)

Very stupid question. Can you use two filters, with index marks on them. One mounted on the camera and another one in your pocket? In theory it should work, but filters may not be identical.

I see no reason why that wouldn’t work. Quality filters should have the index mark in the same place.
