there is an alternative to paypol called moneybookers.

Less fees and as easy as is paypil.
It is just to transfer money easely and there are no risks as with the obay/paypel lobby
It's not enough known here around but good service though.
I use it since 2002.
The only pretty bad thing is (was in 2002) that the registration process is a bit loud.
