There's a Cosina 107 SW on eBay for $125 US
Link

It's unused, and I'm almost tempted to buy it because they're rare and I like my Bessa L so much.

I have nothing to do with this sale, etc etc etc.

Well, Stephen only has silver L's left for one thing. And some may find it interesting because it's the first camera they came out with to initiate their rangefinder revival.

I've been hearing that they are going for a premium from time to time. When I posted a WTB for a Bessa L here and at PN recently someone offered me a MINT in box 107 SW for $50. I took it. : )

Now maybe I'm thinking I should get a Bessa L and put this baby back into it's felt-lined box to sell in 20 years?

I think with the 107 SW that Cosina made theydidnt have the nameing rights or something at the time to stamp on the body when they made it, so thats why it costs a bit more. Hence its more expensive price 🙂

Oscar took me into a camera store in Barcelona where they had quite a few (at least 3 or 4) of those Cosina-badged Bessa Ls - pricing was ridiculous, though (like for all CV gear in Europe).

Same down here. I saw one of those Olive Bessa T 101's with the silver viewfinder and lens going for A$2150 second hand yesterday. Which was a TAD expensive 😛

My 25/4 and finder are Cosina-branded rather than Voigtlander -- it was probably sold along with one of those 107 SW bodies.

Maybe my lens is a collectible too...
