I just thought I would spread the news around that the Walgreens brand (Fuji?) 24 exp film is on sale for $1 this week. 200, 400 and 800 speed. I loaded up on some from my local Walgreens and stashed them in my freezer. I thought I can't go wrong.

Thanks for the heads up. I wonder how long this deal is going to be going on for. I won't be able to make it to a Walgreens until Tuesday. Hopefully there is still some film left!

I stopped by as many Walgreen's as I had time for in my area these past 2 days, and picked up a substantial amount of film - 200, 400, and 800 ISO. I am teaching a toy camera workshop next week, and some of my students don't have lots of money, so this will come in very handy!

I believe the film is just rebranded Fuji.

I sure hope not. Hope this sale is to get rid of some excess inventory. You can't beat that price for sure.
The checkout clerk at Walgreens had a strange expression when she saw me dump 10 of those boxes on the scanner.
