Some of you may be familiar with the work of Baltimore photographer Patrick Joust. He was in SF at the end of Oct and his M3, lenses, and other photo gear was stolen from his rental car. The M3 is serial number 997498. the rest of the stolen gear is described in the flickr post below:

If you see any suspiciously good deals on Craigslist involving any of the described gear, please get in touch with Patrick (flickr mail would probably work).
Thanks

That certainly stinks. Was he in town for the LHSA event?

Sucks. A positive from this for me is that I now know of Patrick's work on Flickr.
I hope the crowdsourcing here and on Flickr, and many eyes on the internet are able to help find Patrick's gear.

Rotten luck. Patrick is a fine photographer and will cope via his other gear--I became familiar with him through his fine C330 tlr work--but I hope the stolen stuff is recovered and restored to him, though it looks like his insurance will help him out.
