Yep, I agree on it looking like an SP. Really a nice little IVSb there too, but it and the two SLR's are rather out classed in this lot.

It is an early SP and so is the 105 (bayonet mount hood). Too bad the SP isn't on it's own. That is truly the only film rangefinder equipment I still lust for. Of course, then I'd have to go and get a lens wider than the 35 I have for my S3.

Someone is going to get a deal here. Hopefully it's someone HERE.

I've been looking for an SP........Anyone out here want the 105, I already have one. I'm sure I can find a home for the LTM body (perhaps if Ms. S will get her license!!) and the OM-1 will go out to a friend in SF area who teaches inner city kids.

If this SP sells for a good price, I'll be surprised. Even when horribly listed, rare or high-demand items still command a premium. "Heads Up" postings don't help much either, as they tend to attract attention to otherwise discreet auctions.
Then again, I'd have probably never found this auction otherwise
Now there will be more competition!
I remember seeing a camera lot on the auction site sell for over $200 simply because a Kodak Bantam Special was in the mix of otherwise pedestrian cameras. The only way you could tell the camera was a Bantam Special was by a horrible picture of the entire lot, in which you could BARELY see it. In fact, the camera wasn't even mentioned in the listing!

Over the price I am willing to pay for a cloth shutter. B2 (;->
