helicoid lubrication

Been away from this place for a while, but what happened? Sooo many different forums... I could not find the repairs part anymore.

Anyway, here is the question. I had to take my trusty Steinheil Quinon apart to get the focussing back to how it is supposed to be. After a long time puzzeling I got the lens back together again (sigh...) but after cleaning the focussing helicoid it should get some new lubrication.

What to use?

If you look at my website, there is a discussion on what grease to use in several of the FSU repair sheets. In short, use a fully synthetic based gease which doesn't "creep" or outgas. Preferably silocone based or if you do need something slightly thicker use a graphite based one. Do not use the ones for automotive use. Most of these are not very suitable.
