old roll of tower film , cassette is plastic , made in belgium . code 2293107 stamped on leader . was broken off spool in old camera . think 1950 -1970 .

A simple Google found this link that discusses emulsion #2145100 of a roll of Sears Tower brand film that expired in 1961:

If the emulsion numbers continued in order then your roll would date from the early to mid '60s.
