I just received a new in box Hexar RF which was recently serviced. It came with a receipt from Kenko Tokina in Japanese. I am just running a roll through it now, with a 35 summicron and opton sonnar on amadeo adapter. Some closeups wide open to check the focus.

I am attaching a copy of the receipt hopefully a member who reads Japanese can tell me what was done to the camera.

Thanks!

My Japanese is very rusty these days, but the first two items are:
repaired the rangefinder
cleaned the viewfinder

EDIT:
It was sent in to check the rangefinder.
I'd have to dig out my dictionary to look up words for what other things were fixed -- but I'm guessing internal and external point inspections were carried out too. Just a guess from the Chinese meanings for the characters (or, rather, the Chinese versions of the characters since they are not identical). :)

No problem. Hopefully one of the Japanese or Japan-resident members will wander along and give you an accurate translation instead of my guesswork paraphrase :D

I just got my prints back. Well exposed and focused. Even wide open at f 1.5 and closeup with the sonnar. Time to stop testing and enjoy. I have 50 summicron and tri x loaded in it now.

Thanks for the translations. I can really enjoy this jewel of a camera now.
