carpe diem
I hope I am not alone in making this mistake. I could have sworn that I had Tri-X loaded in my M2. I normally set the ISO I want to work at on my Gossen Digisix whenever I load film to avoid such a problem. Well, I shot off a roll of what I thought was Tri-X (during an airplane flight, in a restaurant, etc.) wanting to push it to iso 2000. When I opened up the camera to re-load, a canister of Delta 100 popped out. 😱
I always look at such matters not as a disaster, but an opportunity. I would appreciate any advice on developing a roll of Delta 100 pushed 4 and a half stops 😀 . I normally use either Rodinal or Xtol and, as some of you know, I often use them at the same time. In this case, however, I am open to any and all suggestions.
Thanks for your help.
