Help ID’ing Camera, Lens, and Tripod

I was in the Old Lyon area yesterday and went into an antique shop and saw this 4x5” I’m guessing set-up behind the counter. It was not for sale however.

Can anyone ID the camera, lens, and tripod? The lens cap says Nikon but not sure the glass. There’s a big red lever on the side of the lens. And the tripod is quite interesting.

I’m just curious…

Tripod seems to be a Linhof. Thats all I know.
