The Wetzlar version is the scarcer and, I believe, was earlier than that of Canada. (I stand to be corrected).
Values are best sought by checking lenses for sale at dealerships, on Rangefinder Forum, or by trawling other web sites for lenses in apparently equivalent condition.

Yep. V2. Wetzlar is rarer, but in general not really a collector item. In fact there aren’t many v2s at all. The v2 is generally the cheapest being not old enough to be a real collector and regarded as not good enough to be the best user (unless you like the aperture tab). Ones with E39 filter threads are generally more sought after, though not necessarily more expensive.

See here for details: https://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-wiki.en/index.php/35mm_f/2_Summicron_II

Prices from cheapest to most expensive go: v2, v3, v4, v1 (chrome), v5, v6, ... , v1 (black). The difference between v4, v1 (chrome), and v5 is often small and dependent on condition and the day.
