Hello folks!
I recently just acquired a Leica CL.
Everything seemed to work okay, slower speeds were firing okay and the meter was working fine.
I have a habit of playing with cameras, cocking and firing, while watching TV or just chilling.
As I was playing with the Leica CL, I noticed that the shutter sound was unusually quiet. Too quiet.
So I opened the back and saw that the shutter curtain wasn't opening at all. When I crank the lever, the curtain seems to move up but it wouldn't stay up, it would just fall back down.
I took a video to show the problem:

Does anyone know what might be the problem and have a solution for it?
Any input would be much appreciated!

I can't see your video without signing up for some new service I've never heard of before and likely will never use again. Put it on YouTube...
Anyway, the shutter needs to be serviced. I'd send it off to Don Goldberg <dagcam@chorus.net> ... send him an email first. The Leica CL camera's shutter is complicated by the mechanical arm that the light meter sensor is mounted on, I personally wouldn't muck with it myself.
