I presume this means,

Olympus XA2, at ISO800, Tri-X and (1+19) dilution like Ilford Paper Developer (PQ Universal) was used as film developer.

Any idea what the letters after the (1+19) mean ?

maybe he has a color enlarger and that are the color settings for deciding the contrast

yeah...looks like it. or perhaps 40 means 40 seconds, at filter 4 ?
