Help me identify this adapter

Cleaning out the closet, found this adapter that I THINK is for Leica M. Any way to tell? I'm all for buying an M6 TTL and trying it out, but wife isn't on board with that. 😀

And I think it will show 28 and 50mm framelines. This is governed by the length of one of the four bayonet lugs. To be precise, the edge at the lens removal button. A 90mm cutout ends within the lens guard width, a 28/50 is at the edge and a 35/135 is outside.
40mm is somewhere in between.
 
Thanks all. I think it came with one of the 50mm lenses so it being set for 28 and 50mm frame lines would make sense. Anybody want it? PM me with your address and I'll toss it in the mail.
