Help me identify this Nicca, please....

I just bought this. There's a couple things that piqued my interest. [1] The black accents are something I have only seen on models after the Yashica takeover. [2] The Nicca branded lens is the first I've seen of it's kind. I only found Nikkors on prior Niccas and Yashinons on Yashicas. The S# is after my Tower / 5L (150xxx) but well below the 3L (18xxxx). Oddly, the barrel seems to be marked in feet, but Niccas were more or less a Japan-only affair. Is this a transitional model?

Very interesting Nicca. Would love to hear more about the lens and its origins.

Is it missing a shutter button? What is the secondary button?

Of course! A 33.

I'll get it in a week. The shutter button is missing, but I can fix that by borrowing from a 5. The other button is for film rewind.
