Help! My new GSN can not focusing

After a few days waiting I am so happy today that my Yashica 35 GSN arrived. It was very new and in great shape. I am excited by its handsome appearance and quiet shutter. I played with it for nearly one hour and suddenly I find the focusing ring was getting tightened. Few minutes leter the focusing ring was finally stop to move.

From happyness to sadness, only one hour! :bang: I don't know what is the problem. It was so weird. Anybody help me to understand the problem? Thanks a lot.

Thank you very much, G-man. Well then the problem is BIG. I must find an expert to repair.

Thanks a lot. No, I can't do it myself. It will be too complicated for me.
I will find some place and person who can LCA it.
I feel sad about it. The camera is quit new in its appearance.
Pity if it can't work.

I would just dump the camera and get another one, I just picked up a brand new one at an auction site (not Ebay) for $12 usd
